That's why we take a holistic approach to disease management. When Dr. Bernie visits your home, she will review your pet's medical history, discuss your concerns and goals, conduct a comprehensive physical exam, and develop a personalized treatment plan for your pet.

Dr. Bernie Aleksey's Policies
Appointments Only
Dr. Bernie Aleksey only sees patients by appointment. Telemedicine is only provided for clients that have established and maintain a valid veterianry- client- patient- relationship (VCPR). There are no emergency, on-call, or concierge services available. Due to her policy, she recommends that all pet owners be familiar with local veterinarians and emergency clinics in your area when you cannot schedule an appointment during normal business hours.

Service area is within a 30 mile radius of Belmont, NH 03220.
Dr. Bernie Aleksey is only licensed to perform veterinary services in New Hampshire and for previously established clients in Connecticut.
No aggressive patients
Dr. Bernie Aleksey reserves the right to decline or terminate a physical exam if a pet displays aggressive behavior, such as growling, snarling, lunging, or attempting to bite.
Payment for Services
A Minimum Non-refundable Deposit of $125 is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the invoice total. Payment is due at the time of service via PayPal. NO CASH or CHECKS ACCEPTED!!!
How to Prepare for Your Pet's Appointment
Please have cats enclosed in a small room where they cannot hide or run away; such as a bathroom. Cat wrangling is not a provided service. For nervous cats the exam will most likely be conducted in this room so please clear counters and remove all personal objects to avoid breakage. Dr. Bernie is not responsible for any broken items not removed from the area. Please have collars on dogs to help with restraint. Please have copies of any available pertinent medical history and/or medications.
Crematory Pricing
Fees are based upon the pet's weight and whether private or communal cremation is selected.
